Safe Kids Wayne County is led by Wayne County Sheriff’s Office & Wayne County EMA, which provides dedicated and caring staff, operation support and other resources to assist in achieving our common goal: keeping your kids safe. Based on the needs of the community, this coalition implements evidence-based programs, such as car-seat checkups and safety workshops that help parents and caregivers prevent childhood injuries. The Magnolia House provides services to victims of domestic violence who do not know where to turn, or have no place to go for assistance.
