The Magnolia House provides services to victims of domestic violence who do not know where to turn, or have no place to go for assistance. Domestic violence crosses all social, economical and cultural boundaries. – 24-Hour Crisis Line- Safe, Confidential Shelter- Emotional Support- Children Services and Advocacy- Legal Advocacy- Referrals to Community Partners- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families- (TANF)- Personal Advocacy- Transportation
12 bed emergency shelter open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to serve victims of domestic violence and their children. A 24 hour hotline.
Fair Haven is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with trained staff. Crisis Line can be called at any hour on any day. Outreach Services (those services for individuals/ families not living in the shelter but needing domestic violence services) takes place Monday- Friday 8 AM to 5 PM in Wayne, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties.
Program is for women who are victims of domestic violence and their children 17 years of age or younger. Male victims are housed off-site and receive the same service and individualized case management.

Food Stamps, pregnancy medicaid, TANF, child care, child protective services, medicaid, adoption services, foster care, and aged, blind, and disabled medicaid. All Food Stamp, Medicaid and TANF programs can now be applied for through the COMPASS website without coming into the DFCS office. Customers can also report changes through the COMPASS website. Soon, at the end of Summer, Customer will be able to complete their case reviews through the COMPASS website. The web address is: www.COMPASS.GA.GOV
