Providing primary health care to anyone regardless of age, income, insurance coverage or place of residence. We exist to fill a gap in health care services, primarily for individuals and families at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Unlike a free clinic, our charges for this population are based on a sliding fee scale that takes into consideration the number of persons in the family and their total income. We provide primary health care to anyone and accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Patients are not turned away, regardless of their ability to pay!
