Non-profit, non-denominational, faith-based counseling center that offers behavioral health services and education for individuals, families, and community organizations.
In 1986, Dr. Whitman Fraser, a local physician and pioneer of holistic healthcare in Liberty County, Georgia established The Mary Lou Fraser Foundation for Families, Inc. in memory of his late wife. Dr. Fraser had a vision of providing the people of Liberty County affordable, whole-person care, regardless of race, gender, or socioeconomic status.
